problems nextgen plugin with sterling theme?

    My nextgen gallery is not displaying itself. I only see the gallery code:
    [ ngg_images gallery_ids=”1″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”800″ gallery_height=”800″ ]

    What can be the problem?

    Hope someone does know the problem. Of course I also dropped the question at truethemes where I bought the theme.
