Problems installing de plugin NextGen Galley

    I tried 4 times to install the plugin by two ways: 1) throug wordpress plugins page and 2)uploading the zip file but in the two ways the plugin is not been installed. Hepl please

    One of the message whn I tried to upload the zip folder…

    No ha sido posible copiar el archivo. nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_addgallery_page/static/plupload-2.1.1/jquery.plupload.queue/jquery.plupload.queue.min.js

    @carlotabelles – You may need to use an FTP client to manually delete all of the files and folders under /plugins/nextgen-gallery/ … this message generally means the update process did not work correctly and left a file (or more) behind in the process.

    See if that helps to sort out this issue.
