    Hi.
Have made several attempts to import a CSV of products into new shop. (There was a domain/rebranding change.) This CSV was generated by WooCommerce in the old shop. It doesn’t import. I’ve tried everything and only once have been successful – with 3 items. It no longer imports with one or all items or any variation between. I’ve changed tables, done everything any search for help has suggested. I’m not sure what to do now.

Note: I did try various plug-ins all with the same results. IE: nothing imported, it just never progresses. It also says I have 13 items with 3 published, but cannot find the rest of the unpublished items anywhere.

I’m sure I’ve overlooked something but if anyone has any idea, let me know!
    Thanks!

    Hi @doylie,

Are any of your products in ‘draft’ status? The exporter will only include products with a status of ‘publish’ or ‘private’.

If you want to change that, there’s a filter you can use, but this would require custom coding.

Also, when you exported, did you check the meta box?

No, no draft status, they were all published and ready for purchase when I generated the CSV file. Now they’re showing in the new shop as 13 items with 3 published.

I did generate a CSV with the export checked and one without it checked. Neither of them worked. I’ve used every browser, every plug-in, nothing.

    Thanks for the reply.

@doylie Can you add your csv to Dropbox, Google Drive, or Google Sheets and provide us with a publicly shared link so that we can take a look at what you are trying to import?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
