Problems customizing theme

    I’m now working with version 4.2.2: I can’t see the perview of the site whem I’m in the “Customize your site”. I can see only the left panel, so can’t customize the site.
    I deactivate all plugins, delated all themes, less one of them (twentee fourteen), unintalled the WP in the cpanel, deleted all wp directories and installed it again, updated the flashplayer, assign the url to my domin (domainname.com – without www.) and the problem a persists.
