Some other users had problems with 404 randomly appearing. I never had this kind of problem. You should try to switch theme too and then change the permalink structure to make sure they get refreshed.

Dear users and supporters,
After sending comment on a private page at this URL, for example:
http://zmadvogados.adv.br/private-page/2013/12/30/administrador/comment-page-1/#comment-13
I get this error:
“404 – Error
Page does not exist
Looks like the page you were looking for does not exist. Sorry about that.
“
I already tested and commented at another page, everything went fine.
Already deleted a plugin that helped identifying spams.
The Customer Area plugin make the page private.
I don’t have problems at non-private pages.
And I didn’t tried to switch the themes because the pages that are not created for the customer area plugin are not with this bug. :/
