Problems after giving WP its own directory

    I am on WP 2.7 on Steadfast hosting. URL http://yourwillmatters.co.uk
    I have followed all the instructions in the WP Codex for giving WP its own directory but its not working out. I am getting the hosts pro forma index page only.

    .htaccess reads

    # BEGIN WordPress

    # END WordPress

    Any ideas about what I have done wrong?
