    Hi. I am currently seeing problems after clicking the ‘Place an Order’ button.
    After placing an order, it directs me to an Thank You page that looks unformatted with an error message. Please see the snapshot at: https://postimg.cc/670V5yS6

    Now, when I click refresh, a different Thank You page shows up. I would just like one Thank You page to show instead of two. The second one after refresh preferably since the first Thank You page has errors. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi there,

    I think that this might be related to your theme, I’d suggest you give it a try with another theme (like one of the Twenty… series or with Storefront).

    I’m pretty sure that will not occur, however if it does, please let me know. In the meantime, it wouldn’t hurt to resave the permalinks via the Settings > Permalinks menu item.
