Hi @carameldavid,
Thank you for reaching out! From the screenshot, it looks like your scans are stopping abruptly. If you’re on a LiteSpeed server, please refer to the following video: https://youtu.be/iEd6KNty2VU
We also have written documentation here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/system-requirements/litespeed/
If you’re not on LiteSpeed, or if you’re not sure, can you please send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
Thanks,
MargaretHi @carameldavid,
Thank you for sending the diagnostics, but you included an unredacted file that includes sensitive server information. Please update your database password as soon as possible, and remember to update the matching entry in wp-config.php. You may also want to rotate the WordPress salt keys in the same file to log out any currently logged-in users and any WordPress admin passwords. If you’re unfamiliar with this process, please reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.
For future reference, please don’t share sensitive details like logins or database passwords via the WordPress forums, as topics here are public.
From the diagnostics, I can see you’re currently on a LiteSpeed server. There’s no need to remove LiteSpeed. Please add the entry listed here to your .htaccess to apply a noabort directive that ensures the scan won’t stop early: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/system-requirements/litespeed/
Depending on your server configuration, you may need to try one of the other options there. Your host should be able to help with this as well.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

Hi @carameldavid,
Looking at your screenshot, I can see that the Vulnerability Scan and Server State show yellow warning icons, but the results section shows “Results Found: 0”. That’s unusual and suggests a display issue.
Can you try the following:
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
- If that doesn’t work, try viewing the scan page in a different browser or in incognito/private mode
If results still don’t appear after refreshing, can you try loading the page while keeping a Browser Console open to see if you can detect any JavaScript errors or files that fail to load? If you see any red text in the console, please take a screenshot of it and send it to me, and I will help you interpret the errors.
Also, please send a fresh diagnostics report to wftest @ wordfence.com with your forum username in the subject line. You can find the option at Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics and click “Send Report by Email” at the top. If that option doesn’t work for you, you can use the “Export” button instead to download the diagnostics file, then manually email it to us.
Thanks,
Margaret
