Eso es porque se genera un error. El plugin no lo genera, probablemente sea culpa de límites de tiempo de tu servidor.
¿Podrías activar el depurador o ver el log a ver qué error es exactamente?
I can’t export users, every time I try I get this error. I can only download for latest month only. i try to download from 3 to 4 month before its cannot. THIS IS THE MESSAGE :

Good morning it seems your export file is too big for your hosting. You can try to export little number of users (filtering by role and dates) or talk with your hosting to increase the max execution time and other limits you can be reaching.
morning, its seem the same. I try export for 1 month still cannot. Sorry to say its maybe problem with the plugin…before its ok now after updated wordpress cannot export.

Maybe you have a very large export that is creating some corrupted file.
Can you check to create a smaller file? You can export some role with few users for example (try to avoid to export administrators).
I still try export few days and only role for subcrib but still cannot. And i contact my hosting they only want to restore my website and for me its no need. So thnks for yr supoort. Maybe this plugin not suitable for my website. Thanks again.
Try to export a very little group of users.
We have to improve the export task to avoid hosting limits.
