Problem "You've Already signed up , Thanks !"

Hi I entered the registration to the newsletter in widget side ( theme avada ) On the front there is the inscription ” You’ve Already signed up , Thanks ! ” and it will not detract in any way. I also tried to clear the cache if you report me the php script that generates that error , I provider and to delete it .
