Problem with wordpress table error

    i am getting a problem after reinstalling after a previous problem, the error reads:
    WordPress database error: [Table ‘iflash_word.wp_post2cat’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT post_id, category_id FROM wp_post2cat WHERE post_id IN (4)

    im not an expert, so what do i do?

    i dont know how to find the plugin or theme which is the problem, in which folder should i look? and when i do find the problem how do i change it to another theme or plugin?
    if you could have a look at iflasharcade.com, in the wordpress folder, could you suggest what to do?

    A quick look over your site gives me the impression that your siteurl/home locations in your database are incorrect.

    Additionally, you will probably need to turn off any plugins until you get this all sorted.

    If you email me straight away, I will take a look at what is happening exactly.
