problem with wordpress

    Hello,
    I have problem with wordpress for 3-4 days.
    I cant see changes on my website. When I refresh it, or after severeal minutes everything is ok.
    When I log into panel I have a problem, couse I can see plugins which are installed (but I have uninstall it earlier). After refresh is ok. I cant log out from website, after 3-4 tries I can.

    Things which I have done:
    -I check on another browser, and computer- still the same problem
    -Updated wordpress and plugins
    -switch off all plugins
    -I checked turning on some plugins in all possible configuration
    -I have updated php to newest one
    -I have clean cache of browser and website

    I have no more ideas, can anyone tell me what I can do more?
