Problem with Woo Product Variations

    Hi, i’m having a weird issue, maybe one of you will know how to fix it:
    On Woocommerce product variations, when a buyer places an order, some of the time the Size/Color don’t show in the order. Two people can buy the exact same product and one will show the size/color on their order, and the other won’t. I have tried:
    -Updating plug ins, trying older plugins versions
    -Updating the theme (using Wp Ocean)
    -Updating WordPress and Woocommerce, going back to older versions as well
    -Re-numbering the variations tables (that change order numbers as well)
    -cleaning caché
    etc
    I’ll appreciate if anyone has an idea of what might be causing this.

    Hi there,

    Is sounds like something is conflicting with WooCommerce here. To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.
