Problem with vBulletin and WordPress

Hi,

So my issue is that vBulletin (forums) doesn’t exactly work properly. I figured out that if I disable the .htaccess it disables the website (duh) but it also means the forums suddenly work properly.

Now, the key issue being here in I obviously want BOTH the site and forum up at the same time. According the vbulletin, a file (specific code instruction) needs to be placed in the .htaccess file so that it allows the forum to work properly. I don’t know what that is, and my host won’t do it (they don’t work with coding).

So has anyone else has this issue? If so what have you guys put in the code to help rectify this problem?
