Problem With Variation Thumbnails

    I tried finding solutions to my problem here and on the elmentor forums, but without any success so far.

    I have a webshop set up with OceanWP and a single product page created with Elementor. Some of my products have quite a few variations, and in the elementor single product page design, there is a drop down to select the variation desired. While this is visible on the front end, for some reason it’s not clickable and the spacing is wrong: causing the text to overlap the dropdown. To the left of the dropdown, the variations are listed as thumbnails in what has become very messy. On mobile, this is particularly bad with a vertical row of one variation thumbnail at a time.

    I am unable to determine what I need to do to fix this. Any help or advice would be much appreciated it.

    Hi there!

    Looking at what you’ve described I think this is ultimately an Elementor issue, but we can have a look to see if there’s anything off that we can spot.

    Here’s an example. It doesn’t match what was set up in elementor exactly, and I don’t recall seeing thumbnail/dropdown options in either elementor or the theme anywhere.

    I believe I’ve seen this before recently, where Elementor aligns all product attributes (variable options, price, meta data, etc) in a horizontal order, rather than the default.

    I recommend opening a conversation with the folks from Elementor directly: https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor. They’ll have more insight into why this is happening. Thank you!
