xzorro, hm, I don’t have this file in this directory
@sergei Boldyrev – I’m just not able to recreate this problem … can you provide any more details? What is the specific language you are using in under the Dashboard’s Settings? (A screen shot would be great).
Thanks!

@sergei Boldyrev – Thanks for the screen captures!
Setting my test site to Russian this is what I am seeing:

Perhaps there is something else going on with your site as I am not able to recreate this problem you are seeing (although I am using the latest beta version found here: http://nextgen-gallery.com/nextgen-gallery-latest-beta/)

I have the same problem, do not display Russian letters.

What to do? Thanks.
The latest version of the plugin and WordPress 4.1.1
@mrdexters – As noted, we are not able to recreate this issue. I would recommend a new topic for your specific site … and/or (for all) please send us a Bug Report so we can get a closer look at what may be happening.
We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report.
Thanks!

photocrati, very strange.. Can you give me file products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_addgallery_page/static/plupload-2.1.1/i18n/ru.min.js from your installation used for screenshot?
Because /plupload-2.1.1/i18n/ru.min.js in plugin repo have incorrect format.
I decode few language, like Portuguese and Italian, and they dont have any problem. But ru.min.js have corrupt charset.
@ivan Komarov – I’m using the same file(s) that you would be using … if you think there is a corruption in your file then please try replacing your existing installation with a newly downloaded archive from here.
Otherwise the solution is to remove all of the *.min.js files from that folder you are referencing … we believe there could be an issue with them being minified and will be excluding those files from our process in the next release.
