That Flash theme is actually a commercial theme even though it is available here. It looks like all the support for it is on the author’s website. We don’t have access to commercial product information here so I can’t tell if the theme needs something to support comments but the comment form isn’t on your posts.
What I suggest is to temporarily substitute a generic theme like Twenty Seventeen to get your comments working then switch back to your preferred theme (if you wish) to see if comments then work.

Hi JNashHawkins,
Thanks for your reply!
Before I decide to substitute the theme, I’d like to try contacting support from Flash Theme. Can you explain, what you mean by “the author’s website”? Are you referring to reaching out to Flash Theme’s official website?
Regards,
Besty
I just realized that I’m actually using Flash Blog from United Theme (not Flash Theme)! Confusing 😀

Hi there,
I just started blogging with WordPress and my theme is Flash theme (free).
My question is: I already arranged the setting for my post and page to have comment section as explained in this link: https://wordpress.org/support/article/comments-in-wordpress/ (via single post, dashboard and quick edit), but nothing works.
I only have a few active plugins: akismet, bluehost, convertkit, elementor, google analytics for wordpress, hello dolly, jetpack, ninja form, optinmonster, wpforms.
Could anyone advise how can I fix this? Any thoughts on theme and plugins would be appreciate it.
Thank you!
Regards,
Besty
