Posted a thread 15 days ago to their forum about translations.
It’s supposed to be wpml ready but can’t translate some email templates, english are hardcoded in template files.
Asked for how can i translate it and how would it be safe of overwrites of files during plugin updates or reinstall and no answer.
15 days without an answer is a very long time for a paid plugin.

  • Hi, I have the same problem. I’d like to translate some strings by Loco Translate, but it’s impossible as they’re hidden in template files. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

21 days ago i’ve asked the developer how i can translate the emails being sent to the user and he pointed me to the files that send emails.

The files are hardcoded with english text, so it cant be translated through wpml or loco translate.

I’ve asked how i can translate them and didnt get an answer for 21 days as we speek.

It seems like it isn’t full multi-language ready.

No way to make emails multi-language here. But we are adding email editor section in next update of pro version and using wp option table to store email content/message, there translation plugin can be used to translate option value.
