Sounds like it’s an issue with date formatting in your theme’s comments.php template file.

If you place a copy of your theme’s comments.php file in the WordPress pastebin and post the pastebin url here, someone may be able help.

Hello!
I have a problem with the time displayed for the comments;it’s always the AM time.If a comment is posted at 14.30,it will be displayed as 2.30
BUT,any other “time” displayed on the bog is okay,including the post time of comments in the admin.
The only problem is with public display.
I have this problem with both my sites,local or online.
Any idea?
