Problem with the zip archive

    Hi.

    Backup is created, but with an empty archives with files. Database is all good.
    In the log file warning:

    “An error occurred while working with the zip archive – check your log in order to find out more details.”

    “The attempt to close the zip file returned an error (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid End of Central Dir Record size : 15). List of files we were trying to add follows (check their permissions).”

    What should be permissions? On the server or in the security plugin? Somewhere else?
