problem with the theme

on my website, pages appear as posts when I search for a subject. How do I stop this? I already looked for the chat as they instructed me before, but the attendant said he couldn’t help me because the search management is not done by the theme. PLEASE HELP ME!! I do not know what else to do. I already looked for the wordpress forum, but nobody answers me. All that’s missing is to finish my site. I am already distressed by this situation.
