Problem with the second language

Hello,
My site is in French and translated into English.
My home page (French) is http://www.capteam-animation.fr/fr/.
When I click on the English flag, the link tells me http://www.capteam-animation.fr/en/ or I redirect on http://www.capteam-animation.fr/fr/.
The parmalien of the page in French is http://www.capteam-animation.fr/fr/ but that of the page in English is http://www.capteam-animation.fr/en/home/.
I can not edit in http://www.capteam-animation.fr/en/.
