  • Why do you think it is related to Ivory Search plugin?

Do you not get those errors if you disable Ivory Search plugin?

When i disable ivory search plugin, errors disappears

No but i don’t think i can put WordPress search widget in my navmenu.

It’s for that i chose ivory search

Not in the nav menu but in the sidebar or in any other widget area displayed on your site.

In the appearance->widgets have you tried dragging the standard search widget into the appropriate sidebar? Or isn’t that what you want?

I know that you know it but we need to test it to know what is the exact problem whether it is in the theme or in the Ivory search plugin or in the search form or in the search form added in the menu.
