Could you please add &debug=true to the PDF URL or temporarily enable Debug output in the Status tab of the PDF invoice settings and copy/paste the error you’re getting here?

Did you try to attach an image? If so, I’m afraid it did it work.
You could use imgbb.com or imgur.com to upload your screenshots, and then share the image URLs here.
