    hello,
i have problem with the taxation.

Every time I put the taxation, surfing on my website I can find the price with the tax included, when I delete the cache there is the price without the tax.

    How can I manage it?

I tried all the tutorials but they don’t work.

    Hey there @perfectsuit2020,

At WooCommerce > Settings > General, what is set for “Default customer location”?

If set to “Shop base address,” WooCommerce will assume a logged-out customer is located in your shop’s location and will show prices with taxes for that location.

If it’s set to “No location by default,” customers must enter their billing or shipping address for WooCommerce to show the appropriate taxes. This would explain the tax disappearing when you clear the cache.

We have more on it at this page.

    Okay, this step is okay.
I put shop base adress, then I don’t check the enable the tax calculations?

The problem is that my accountant wants the amount of VAT on the receipt/invoice, and my checkout doesn’t shoe it.

@perfectsuit2020 Yes, tax calculation must be enabled for taxes to be charged.

In the tax settings, you can choose to display the amount of tax charged in the shop and during checkout. We have a full guide on tax settings here.

    I hope this helps!
