Problem with swedish Å Ä Ö

Hello!
I have problem with Å Ä Ö in my swedish words for Lördag, Måndag, (Saturday, Monday)

I also want to change order of the date.. Now it is:
m�n februari 10 08:30 – 09:30

I want it like this: Mån 10 Februari 08-30 -0930

And notice that i want big letters on Mån And Month.

Please can you help me?
