We provide privilege based on manage_woocommerce. If the user role “Shop Manager” has access to manage WooCommerce/ Woocommerce Tags and Products, then the user will have access to our plugin as well.
Please have a check and provide manage WooCommerce Tags and Products access to the user role “Shop Manager”.

The problem was resolved here on our side, discovering that it was just a block in the wordfence firewall, it blocked access to a specific AJAX, for anyone experiencing the same problem, just add the following permission to the firewall.
