Hope you are doing fine. I think you are using Elementor latest major updated version (3.6). I am assuming this issue is happening due to the latest update of Elementor as we have already found compatibility issues with this major update version 3.6. So, for now, we recommend you to rollback Elementor to its earlier version. Check the screenshot for a better understanding. (https://d.pr/i/TZk5JH).
Hopefully, We will solve this issue by tomorrow.
Hello @kfloresfarenet
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the inconvenience you had!
The Elementskit Widgets and its modules were working fine until Elementor brings an update on their PRO version. They have worked on some improvements and modified some functions also on which, the Elementskit plugin depended. That affected all the Advanced widget of the ElementsKit and the Widgets that contains a separate content area. That is why the content area isn’t responding properly.
Since we have been able to detect the issue, kindly Rollback to the previous version of the Elementor by following this video. If you are using the Free version of the Elementor, then Rollback to the version(3.5.5). If you are using the Elementor PRO also, then Rollback to version(3.5.2).
Our dev team has already started working on fixing the issue. We are going to release an update with the required patches within tomorrow and hopefully, that update will fix the issue. Please use the previous version of the Elementor Till then.
Feel free to reach us regarding any queries or clarifications. We will be happy to assist you.
Best Regards,
Prosenjit
