“Spread the love” keeps showing up along with the page description. How to remove it from the meta description without deleting it from the page? Kindly look at the screenshots

It’s related to Open Graph Meta Tags cache. You can install the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/heateor-open-graph-meta-tags to take care of this. After that, you just need to debug the webpage using Facebook Debugger https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
