Problem with setting variable product

Hello, I have a issue to set up variable product. I have follow every single step of the instructions to create the attributes and variations, but it seemed the variations were not successfully saved, and nothing is found in the drop-down on product page.
I have tried many times, including deactivating the theme and plugins, but the problem still exists. grateful if you could give me advice. below the links are some screenshots.

Can you try Delete all variations and then add variations again and see if this helps?

Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Hi Rafy,
Thank you for your assistance.
I did try to delete all variations and set it, but the problem was not resolved.
Furthermore, I found that the variable product problem happened when the site language was set in Chinese. When I set it back to English, it was able to set variations to my products. But once I switch it again to Chinese, all the variations were disappeared.

As I need my online store in Chinese language, please help me to resolve the problem. I have copied and pasted my website’s System Status Report as below for your info. Many thanks.

Thanks for sharing the SSR.

I found that the variable product problem happened when the site language was set in Chinese

This indicates that the problem is caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

You can test this out on a staging site (instead of the live site) using a plugin like WP Staging.

Hi Margaret,

Thank you for your support. I found out which plugin conflicted with my variable product setting, and it seems the issue has been resolved now.

However, I have another issues when setting the variations on the WooCommence Product Table page.
a) The “.” was incorrectly shown as “-“. i.e.”1.2kg” was shown as “1-2kg”.
b) For some variable products, after I chose the variation and pressed the button of “add to cart”, the product didn’t go into the cart directly, instead a mini product page popped up. And I needed to press the button of “add to cart” again on the mini product page. How could I skip the mini product page pop up. I found that some other variable products can be added to cart directly without the min product page pop up.
c) On the mini product page pop up, the quantity could not be adjusted by pressing arrow.
