Problem with sending a test e-mail

    Hi,

    When I try to send a test e-mail, I receive information:
    Last test failed with error “implode(): Invalid arguments passed”.

    In the system status tab, all statuses are OK.

    When I enter SMTP settings, I can send an e-mail in this tab but not in the system status tab.
    Users do not receive messages with confirmation of the emial address.

    You almost surely have a third party plugin which si changing the mail delivery method in WP. Check for an SMTP plugin or a plugin which let you choose some behavior of the mailing system, like change the sender address.
