Sorry for your experience. It seems there is an issue with ribbon from the last update of the plugin. We already informed the dev team, and they are investigate the issue and we will fix it. We will inform you once we got the update from them.
In the meantime, as a temporary solution, you can roll back to the previous version of the plugin (6.5.8). You can use this plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/ to roll back to the previous version from your dashboard. Or use this process to download the older version and upload it into your WordPress site.
