    Hello ! please observe page: http://dogbreedstandards.com

    Question: when i reduce my window size.. my title, menu and everything below jumps around.. this makes my site look not so good in ipads, phones etc..

    my other site http://dogshaadi.com opens well in all devices (when window size is reduced, it just cuts through the matter without disturbing anything)

    My request is to kindly observe and suggest a solution.. is it with borders/padding/ something else ?

    Instead of customize yout theme for computers/iPhone/iPad, I suggest you to use a iPad/iPhone extension that automatically transforms your WordPress website for mobile devices.
    Try WPtouch for iPhone and iPad.
