Wordpress supports utf-8. Foreign characters in the url will cause errors
Hi pdusp,
It looks like you have two different forms on your page with reCAPTCHA enabled. In this case the code that runs reCAPTCHA is getting loaded twice on the page — once by WPForms, and once by the other plugin. With the double code, the reCAPTCHA appears correctly but displays a validation error when it shouldn’t.
To fix this, can you try disabling reCAPTCHA for the other form to see if that resolves the issue?
I hope this helps 🙂

Hi Ethan,
For short time I had two forms – it was in past.
Now I have only one form with captcha which still doesn’t work for some browser.
I ask for help!
thank you
Piotr
Hi Piotr,
I’ve gone to your site to take a look, and it looks like you have a form created with Elementor, your site’s theme (here’s a screenshot of that form). In this case, the second reCAPTCHA integration is likely found within your theme options. You could try to track it down and turn it off, or reach out to your theme’s support to find out if this is possible.
Alternatively, you can enable No-Conflict Mode in WPForm’s reCAPTCHA settings, located under WPForms > Settings > reCAPTCHA tab, (here’s a screenshot).
When enabled, this setting will remove any other occurrences of reCAPTCHA on pages where WPForms is used, and this will prevent conflict with the reCAPTCHA code in WPForms.
I hope this helps 🙂

Dear Ethan!
At first thank you for your work, thank you very much.
I have still a problem with this page: http://xn--przychodnianapuaka-i6d.pl/kontakt/
or the same domain with polish letter: http://przychodnianapużaka.pl/kontakt/
I think polish letter is source of problem but I can’t change it.
Yesterday I uninstalled WPForms and I have only form made by Elementor.
It is very similar to WPForms. I dont’ have any more WPForms so it not makes problem.
I see only one recaptcha “key” word in html source, I can’t find more:
please look on attached link:

Hi pdusp,
Thanks for the details!
To deactivate reCAPTCHA in Elementor, you can try looking in the Theme Options of Elementor (or you can contact Elementor’s theme support for more details). Once reCAPTCHA is deactivated in Elementor, please try testing your forms in WPForms Lite.
Alternatively, you can enable No-Conflict Mode in WPForm’s reCAPTCHA settings, located under WPForms > Settings > reCAPTCHA tab (here’s a screenshot).
I hope this helps 🙂
