Hi @valdeo!
Thanks for reporting this issue. I understand that after clicking Reset options on the product page, the new option is being selected in the background, but the selected option is not visible on the page, while the Add to Cart button becomes active.
To help us narrow this down, could you please let us know if you made any changes to the site such as updating WooCommerce, your theme, or any plugins around the time this issue started?
When the issue occurs, could you also check your browser’s console for any JavaScript errors?
You can open the browser Developer Tools using Ctrl + Shift + I, then select the Console tab and check whether any errors appear when you click Reset options.
Additionally, please share the following:
- System Status Report: Go to WooCommerce → Status and copy the System Status Report.
- Error logs: Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and share any relevant errors from around the time the issue occurred.
You can paste the information into Pastebin and share the link with us. When sharing the System Status Report on Pastebin, please enable the Burn After Read option for privacy.
Once we have this information, we can investigate the issue further and guide you accordingly.

Hi @shahzeenfarooq!
Thanks for the quick response!
I’ve been using this site for years, but I don’t know when this problem started.
I do regular updates to WooCommerce, the theme, and plugins.
I don’t see any JavaScript errors in the browser console. But you can test it yourself.
System log: https://pastebin.com/YygKiCDq
There are no suspicious error logs.
Hi @valdeo!
Thanks for sharing these additional details. I appreciate you confirming that there are no JavaScript errors in the browser console.
I tried accessing your site using the following link: https://www.elegantna.net/, but I’m unable to access the site from my end. Could you please confirm whether this is the correct URL for your site?
Also, could you please record a short video showing exactly what happens when you encounter the issue? This would help us better understand what you’re seeing.
Since I’m not able to reproduce the issue on my end, could you also confirm whether you still experience the same issue after performing a conflict test?
Please temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and activate a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five, then check whether the issue persists.
If you prefer not to test this on your live site, you can create a staging site using the free WP Staging plugin.
I’m asking for these details because I’m currently unable to reproduce the issue on my end. Once we have more information, we’ll be happy to investigate further and assist you accordingly.
Thanks!
