Problem with posting comments on my blog

Hello, I got some notifications that readers wanted to put a comment on my blog posts, but they received this:

I have a multisite installation. Also, I installed Buddy Press plugin, but now I deactivated because I don’t know how to fix the issue.

I allowed cookies on my browser and tried to post myself from another email, but I got the same notification like this one above.
