problem with polylang PDF

Hi, I create many popup with your plugin. Some are HTML and they work ok with polylang (eng and polish); but I create some PDF too and when I try to create their own page in english, the plugin create me an HTML and not a PDF. I also try to create another popup PDF only in Eng but it doesn’t work on the correspondent English page. I bought the PRO version of your plugin. Pls help me!!
