Problem with Plugin after Php 5.6 upgrade

    After the most recent Event plugin update I have been experiencing many problems. Currently it stopped working with my theme (Divi theme).

    I cannot click onto text/visual editor, also “add another organizer” doesn’t work.

    My developer downloaded my website onto his PC and the event plugin is working with php5.5, my server has php5.6
    I contacted my hosting company, they recommend the plugin be updated so it works with all the way to php7.0

    Is there some kind of fix I can do for this?
