Problem with page adres in paginator

I have a problem with my WP install.

It stared to show with no particular reason.

When I want go go to the next page in Manage Posts the linkis

http:///?paged=2

instead off

http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?paged=2

I have:
Turned off all plugins
Uploaded files again to website
Deleted cache in FF
Deleted js files in /wp-content/uploads/js_cache/

Still it did not help.

Any ideas ?
