Problem with onepage / sections

I have try the plugin and he works good on normal templates, with a onepage with sections its not working, i have for a client themeum enter theme, the frontpage menu has url like http://www.xxx.xx/bags/#about-us, http://www.xxx.xx/bags/#team, and so on.

after activate your plugin the frontpage does not work anymore and url point to http://www.xxx.xx/bags/about-us, http://www.xxx.xx/bags/team, and so on, without the #
