• Hi!

    I love this plug-in but I have one problem.

    In a webiste using WP Bakery, I added a slider with three items displayed on desktop and one on mobile, and it worked correctly on frontend but not in backend;
    then I decided to pass to one item displayed on all devices, but only worked for mobile, on backend I saw correctly one item on desktop, but in frontend I saw one item + one cutted.
    So I tried to return to three items, but got the same problem! I see perfectly in backend, but wrong in frontend (4 items + 1 cutted) on desktop, correctly one on mobile.

    I deleted cash of webiste and all browsers, I deleted and recreated the slider, but nothing seems to work.

    Please, could you help me to solve this problem?

    Thank you!

    Simona

    Hi Simona, not sure I understand your problem, but try ticking the ‘DOMContentLoaded event‘ checkbox under ‘Other Settings‘.

    When you are talking about viewing the slider in the ‘backend’, are you talking about the ‘Preview Slider‘ button within the SA Slider settings? The issue with this feature is that the front-end CSS file is different from the back-end CSS file (the front-end ‘style.css’ file is not used at all in the back-end), so the slider quite often looks very different in this ‘Preview Slider’. I never use this feature myself and have contemplated removing it, but I’m going to investigate and see if there’s a way to enqueue the front-end CSS ‘style.css’ within a back-end popup – on my ‘to-do’ list…
