Problem with my wp fastest cache order

Hello,
I just purchased the WP fastest cache plugin and my order was successful. The problem is, I didn’t receive any email to confirm my order. My card was charged however I’ve no way to download the plugin since I didn’t receive any email from the seller. When I attempt to click the download button on the wp fastest cache plugin page on wordpress, I’m getting an error that says “forbiden”. I bought the same plugin twice last year and didn’t experience such problem. Kindly help.
