Problem with my contact form

Hi, I seem to be getting strange emails which appear to be contact requests from the form I put up on my website. http://prntscr.com/li24oz

I’m not sure if they’re actual potential customers trying to get in touch with me and the form is somehow not set up correctly or if it’s something else. Does anyone here know?
