• Hello,
A client of mine who uses SAFARI on MAC reported that Modal Box Widget overlaps on other elements when opened and does not work. I found in your leap13.com support forum a post from 2021 with the same issue:
    https://my.leap13.com/forums/topic/premium-addons-modal-boxes-are-working-in-every-browser-but-safari/

Same as in the post, this issue does not happen in Chrome, Brave, Edge or Firefox.
Please check a screenshot of the issue here: https://www.pasteboard.co/poSwaWabYvZo.jpg

On my client’s website please scroll to the section: “Conectamos estrategia, comunicación y ventas
en un sistema de Crecimiento Digital” and click on the 6 images which are set as triggers.

I would really appreciate if you could solve this problem since most of the company audience target is from the US and then Safari+Mac is common setup there.

    Thank you,
    JC

    Hi @jcsusano

We apologize for the inconvenience you’re having, we’d be glad to help you fix the issue ASAP.

I’ve checked your page and couldn’t locate the modal widget. I’ve also tried to reproduce the issue from our end, but couldn’t.

Could you please provide a test page with the issue?

    Regards,

I’m sorry for not replying earlier. Unfortunately my client could not wait for a solution and I ended up using Elementor Pro popup feature. Although, I have configured the Premium modal widget on this page for you:

    Hi @jcsusano

Thank you for your reply and your time.

I’ve tested your page on multiple macOS versions and all the modal box widgets are displayed/triggered properly. Here are a couple of screenshots of your page in Safari.

I believe it may have been a z-index conflict with the elements.

    Regards,
