The issue of the warning message is gone, but still the middle ad is not showing

Two ads are visible and two ads are enabled in your settings. So everything looks fine. If google is not showing an ads this means there are no related ads available. If this happens too often for a specific ad format try to choose another ad format or try to create more relevant text. Its possible that there are not enough ads in a specific format available in your niche.
