Hello @christophe68 can you confirm that the site and WordPress URL point to the staging site (actual domain and site according to your message above) and not your main/production site? Our plugin literally doesn’t define the site URL on it own but rather picks it from WP.
Hello @oluisrael
The site was managed by another webmaster before.
The site was on a first domain before and changed to a second one.
The staging site is a copy of the last version of the site, from the second domain.
The cart.link is from the first domain. It must be somewhere on the WordPress or WooCommerce but I can’t find it.
Is it possible to change the cart.link and remove the absolute link to a relative one?
Thanks
@christophe68 Based on everything you have narrated, I think an in-depth review of your setup would be the best way to identify the real cause and get it fixed properly.
To be able to achieve this, I’ll need you to reach out to us here: support @ tychesoftwares .com. This will help us look into this properly.
Thank you for your understanding.
