I’ve had to use the Google Translation browser extensions to translate the site to English so I can try and help.
Are you referring to the second site menu item? It reads, “Menu” and when you click on it it shows a drop menu of “Appetizers”, “Main Dishes”, and “Desserts” ?
How would you prefer for that to appear?

No, Im referring to the main page. I got three pics there for "appetizers", "main dishes" and "dessert" just like in the demo. If you click on of them in the demo it only shows you the dishes in this section. In my setup it always shows the whole menue options from appetizers to dessert. I tried all I could think of but it wont change…

This is a bit tricky to troubleshoot without access to your site’s WP-Admin, so I’ll need some more info on how you have things set up.
I’m assuming if you go to Menu Sections at wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=nova_menu&post_type=nova_menu_item you see your three sections there, correct? How many items are listed for each? Looking at your site it should be 2, 6, 1. Are any of the sections set as a child of another section? If I have one section set as a child of another I can get multiple sections to display at once, so make sure for each menu section the Parent option is set to None.
If you look at Menu Items at wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=nova_menu_item, does each dish only appear in its specific section? Or is there duplication?
