Problem with Loginizer Pro
-
Hello,
I am having a compatibility issue between Loginizer Pro and Ultimate Member.
I have already contacted Ultimate Member support, and they confirmed that the Ultimate Member issue has been fixed with a patch they provided. After applying their patch, the Ultimate Member Account page works correctly.
Loginizer ON + Loginizer Pro OFF → works
Loginizer ON + Loginizer Pro ON → fails – Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/m4ha1wB_TT2B the page breaks and becomes a small/narrow box in the middle of the screen, with a white background around it. Inside the box, it only displays: “The link you followed has expired.”I can now successfully:
- change the account email
- change the account password
- use the “Require password to update account” option
- update the account/profile normally
However, this only works when Loginizer Pro is disabled.
When Loginizer Pro is enabled, clicking Update Profile / Update Account causes the request to fail and the page displays: “The link you followed has expired.”
I have attached a screenshot showing exactly what happens after clicking the Update Profile button.
I also tested disabling individual Loginizer Pro features, including 2FA and Login Page Rename, but the problem still occurs whenever the Loginizer Pro plugin itself is active.
When I completely disable Loginizer Pro, while keeping the regular Loginizer plugin enabled, the Ultimate Member Account Update works normally.
I also noticed the following messages in the WordPress debug log:
[07-Oct-2026 11:08:54 UTC] PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the loginizer domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.)Ultimate Member support confirmed that their own
_load_textdomain_just_in_timenotice is not affecting functionality. They specifically advised me to contact Loginizer support regarding the Loginizer notice and the issue with Loginizer Pro.Could you please investigate whether Loginizer Pro is interfering with the Ultimate Member account update request, POST data, nonce/security validation, request expiration checks, or any related hooks?
The fact that the update works immediately when Loginizer Pro is disabled, while the regular Loginizer plugin remains enabled, strongly suggests that the issue is specifically related to the Pro plugin.
Thank you.
