    Hi,
    I have update my page to the latest version, including all the plugins including this one. Every time the user wants to add a new item to cart it show an error. When you refresh the page it shows properly. but no customer will have the patience or the knowledge to do that every time it happens. Can you please help me.

    I just logged in to the website you provided and tested by adding some products into the cat. However, I could not find any error, the rates are coming perfectly.

    Could you please explain where exactly the error is appearing.

    It can happen 2 different ways
    1rst. If the customer already log in when they add any item to the cart or,
    2nd. If They are not log in and tried to calculate the shipping.

    Could you please give the exact error message you are getting, As I am not able to replicate this.

    Note: If there is no any message appearing, please turn on WP_DEBUG from wp_config.php

    According to it when it shows the blue screen it details the entire UPS request starting with this previous version number.

    Please by turning off the debug mode from plugin settings.

    Nothing yet, still working turn it on but did not see the problem

    Could you please try by deactivating all other plugin expect Woocommerce. It seem some other plugins interferes with our plugin.

    Ok,
    I turn everything of, and still showing the same message.
    [UPS] No rate returned for service code 11, The requested service is invalid from the selected origin. (UPS code: 111100)
    [UPS] No rate returned for service code 07, The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations. (UPS code: 111210)
    [UPS] No rate returned for service code 54, The requested service is invalid from the selected origin. (UPS code: 111100)
    [UPS] No rate returned for service code 08, The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations. (UPS code: 111210)

    This message saying that there is no valid service available to given destination. Please make sure you have entered a valid zip code.

    Also you can check the availablity of services by using UPS calculator

    Yes, my darling. that is the problem. you type in all the information, it gives you all these codes and then all the way down it shows the actual rates.
