Problem with label “visual”. Browser fault?

    Hi, I have a problem with displaying the WordPress dashboard in Chrome and Firefox.
    I no longer see the “Visual” label when I write an article. Only “Html” appears.
    Wordpress seems ok, because in another computer with another Chrome and another Firefox I see everything correctly.
    I tried to clear the cache, to uninstall browser extensions and I tried to find the solution to the problem in the forum but without luck, I’m sorry.

    Visit Users > Your Profile in your site’s Dashboard and make sure that “Disable the visual editor when writing” is _not_ checked.

    Thanks, James. I checked and it’s ok. The problem is in the browser but I can not figure out where. On another computer my account works fine.

    Ok, first please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    Nothing…

    I have done all the indicated steps.

    The version of chrome is updated, the 72, as well as flash plugins, deleted cahche and cookies. I have also uninstalled extensions.

    With no luck….

    It’s only under Chrome on _your_ computer, not under Chrome on any other computer?

    Do you have any computer-wide ad/tracker blocker running?
